The operator
tooly-kit.com trades as Tooly Kit. The shop is owned and run by FLOFUM, S.L., and it is that company — not the trading name — that you contract with when you place an order. Tooly Kit is a brand, not a separate legal person.

What we keep on the shelf
The catalogue is short on purpose. Holding a narrow range means we can answer a question about any item in it, and it means the thing you order is usually the thing that ships — rather than a back-order we discover after taking your money.
- Hot air — large-capacity air fryers
- Pans — stainless steel cookware sets
- Countertop cooking — pizza ovens, breakfast stations, smokeless grills
- Storage — vacuum sealers
Stock moves. Where something you have requested has run out, we say so on the confirmation call and you walk away owing nothing — we do not quietly substitute a different model.
Why there is no checkout button
Tooly Kit runs on cash on delivery, and only that. You will not find a cart, a card form or a payment page anywhere on this site, because none exists. The sequence is: you send a request, a person confirms it with you, the parcel ships, and the courier takes the cash when it arrives.
The practical effect for you:
- No card number, IBAN or deposit is ever requested
- The box can be opened and checked on the doorstep before money changes hands
- A refused delivery costs you nothing at all
Anyone phoning you in our name to ask for card details, a bank transfer or a "customs release fee" is not us. Please forward the details to support@tooly-kit.com so we can warn other customers.
Where we ship
Anywhere within the European Union, to a street address where somebody can receive the parcel and hand over payment. Parcel lockers and PO boxes will not work for a cash-on-delivery order. Timings and any carriage charge are set out on the Delivery page.
The rights you get, whether we mention them or not
Selling at distance to consumers inside the EU puts a set of obligations on us that we cannot contract out of:
- A 14-day right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU, exercisable without giving a reason. We voluntarily run 30 days instead, which is a contractual extra on top of — never instead of — the statutory period.
- A two-year guarantee of conformity under Directive 2019/771. An item that is faulty, mis-described or simply does not do what it should entitles you to repair, replacement, a reduction, or your money back.
The mechanics of both are on the Returns page and in the Terms.
Reaching a person
Email support@tooly-kit.com and you should have a reply inside one working day. Postal address and the enquiry form are on the Contact page.
If we get it wrong
Tell us first — almost everything is sorted that way, and quickly. Where it is not, EU consumers may take the matter to their national consumer protection authority, or to an alternative dispute resolution body in their own country of residence. Nothing on this page limits that.
