Three steps, no card
We do not run a checkout. There is no cart to abandon and no payment page to hand your details to.
STEP 01
Send the request
Tell us which item you want and where it is going. No account, no card number, no deposit. The request commits you to nothing.
STEP 02
We confirm it
Someone contacts you by phone or email, usually inside one working day, to check the item is in stock and agree the total the courier will collect.
STEP 03
Pay at the door
The parcel arrives with a tracking number behind it. Open it, check it against what we agreed, then pay the courier in cash.

One method, and it is cash
Tooly Kit takes payment in cash, from the courier, at the point of delivery. There is no second option.
Cash to the courier
Paid in the local currency of the delivery country, at the moment the box changes hands. The figure is the one we agreed on the confirmation call — nothing is added at the door.
Refuse it and walk away
If the box is damaged, the contents are wrong, or you have simply changed your mind on the doorstep, hand it back. You pay nothing and it returns to us at our expense.
We hold no card terminal, no payment gateway and no bank-transfer facility. Cards, PayPal and transfers are not accepted, and nobody from Tooly Kit will ever telephone you for card details or an advance fee. Treat any such call as fraudulent and report it to support@tooly-kit.com.
