How tooly-kit.com, run by FLOFUM, S.L., uses cookies and equivalent technologies. Read it alongside the Privacy Policy.
2 · What a cookie is
A small text file a site puts on your device so it can remember something between pages or visits — your language, or which cookies you agreed to.
The same rules here cover technologies that do the same job by other means: local storage, session storage and pixel tags. Where this page says "cookie", take it to include those.
First-party cookies come from tooly-kit.com. Third-party cookies come from another domain, such as an analytics provider.
3 · Strictly necessary
Required for the site to function and stay secure. These cannot be switched off, and under Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive they need no consent.

4 · Analytics
These would tell us which pages get read and where people give up, so we can fix the bad ones. They are set only if you say yes, and what comes back is aggregated.

These are set by Google Analytics and read only in aggregate. They show which pages get used and where people give up. They identify no one personally, and none is placed until you have accepted the measurement category.
5 · Advertising
None. We run no retargeting or advertising cookies on this site today. Should that change, this page is updated first and your consent is requested before any such cookie is set.
6 · Third parties that see your request
The Archivo and Barlow typefaces are pulled from Google Fonts. Loading a page makes your browser request those files from Google's servers, which transmits your IP address to Google. Google sets no cookie through the Fonts API but does process the request — see Google's Privacy Policy.
Product images may be served by a third-party host, which sees your IP address in the same way.
Both the fonts and the images can be self-hosted to stop those requests entirely. Ask if that matters to you.
7 · Consent
On a first visit a banner asks which categories you accept. Strictly necessary cookies are set regardless, because without them nothing works. Nothing else is set until you actively agree — carrying on browsing is not treated as agreement.
Your answer lives in the cookie_consent cookie for twelve months, after which you are asked again.
8 · Changing your mind
Withdrawing consent must be as easy as giving it, so the cookie settings can be reopened at any time from the link in the site footer.
Your browser can also delete existing cookies and block future ones:
Blocking the strictly necessary ones will break parts of the site, the contact form included.
9 · Legal basis
Strictly necessary cookies rest on our legitimate interest in running a working, secure website. Everything else rests on your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and Article 5(3) of Directive 2002/58/EC as implemented in Spain.
10 · Updates
Revised whenever the cookies change. The date at the top is when the current version took effect.
